He initially thought he would become a preacher instead of going to college and getting drafted into the NFL. After serving two years in Vietnam, he realized that God had given him a way to minister life\u2014through the creation of a women\u2019s professional basketball league (WBA) and everything revolving around it.<\/p>\n<p>He is most grateful that God has allowed him to know the importance of having him as his Lord and Savior, something more important than life itself.
